Although I am not an Ebay power seller,and have OVER 200 POSITIVE feedback comments, I am proud that the people that have done business with me have been satisfied and happy customers...except for Bob.

The bike was advertised to be as close to original condition as a 25 year old motorcycle could be.
By original, I meant the forks, wheels, motor,seat, lights, exhaust, tires, etc are the same ones,or exact replacments for that model. I replaced the clutch plates, and the muffler/spark arrester with 1977 xl 350 parts. The original plates slipped, and the muffler was rotted. I located the same part number replacement parts and installed them. I submit to you the it qualifies for original....
The ad clearly stated the bike had scratches, minor dings, and scrapes one would expect from a 25 year old bike.
The ad stated there are scratches and minor dings in the gas tank. Bob says there are deep dents. Look at the pictures here and on the previous page (3) and see the dents for yourself..

One of Bob's many, many complaints was the rear shocks were dirty, had rust, and had leaked in the past...
This picture shows that. I had pics not only on Ebay, but on my web site as well for all potential buyers to see. |
The ad stated there was minor pitting on some chrome parts, Bob says these bars are rusty. Again, you make the call..
In all fairness there is some pitting on these bars, but I think the photo shows, they are NOT rusty. |
